Founded in 2014, the Marketing Associates is a Kent based marketing agency servicing London, the South-East, and wider United Kingdom. Our priority is to provide top level marketing strategy services to businesses of all shapes and sizes. Our specialists can provide a range of services from top level marketing strategy and direction, to campaign execution, social media and email marketing management.

Our mission is to deliver marketing excellence with clarity, care and commitment, providing every client with the strategic direction, execution and expertise usually found in global agencies, without the long presentations and bureaucratic confusion.

Tabitha

With more than 20 years’ experience delivering strategic marketing and business growth. I work with professional service firms to help them navigate the evolving intersection of marketing, commercial growth and AI.

My approach is pragmatic, strategic and grounded in real business priorities and results. I help firms move beyond the noise and uncertainty surrounding AI, giving teams the clarity, confidence and practical direction needed to integrate new technologies responsibly and effectively.

Over the course of my career, I have developed and delivered growth-focused marketing strategies across strategic planning, integrated campaigns, consumer loyalty, direct marketing, communications and digital transformation. Alongside this broad commercial experience, I have built specialist expertise within B2B professional services, including law firms, accountancy firms, university enterprise units and manufacturing businesses. I have worked with a wide range of global brands and organisations including Nectar, Oxfam, Royal Bank of Scotland, Virgin Holidays, Nestlé, Dove, McDonald’s, Nokia, O2, Vodafone and Sony.

Alexander

Alexander is an Account Manager at The Marketing Associates, where he handles campaigns and day‑to‑day marketing for university enterprise clients. With over nine years of marketing experience across the UK and USA, he brings a practical and creative approach to account management.

Having originally worked with TMA as a client, he has first‑hand experience of the client journey, allowing him to maintain clear strategic direction while managing the day‑to‑day requirements of his accounts.

Alexander’s core expertise includes strategic marketing planning, budget management, presenting, interviewing and overseeing teams. He also has board‑level experience in events and provides technical support through analysis of leads, SEO and websites to ensure all marketing meets a high standard.

Hetvi

Hetvi is an Account Executive at The Marketing Associates, with nearly a decade of experience working in the marketing field. She supports clients across a range of marketing and communication activities, with a particular focus on social media management, content creation and performance reporting. She manages social media channels, produces quarterly social media and Google Analytics reports, and helps clients understand how their marketing activity is performing.

Alongside this, she supports the delivery of newsletters, press advertising and client events, assisting with event promotion and marketing materials such as branded assets and giveaways. Hetvi works closely with clients to ensure their marketing activity is engaging, consistent and aligned with their wider objectives.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Marketing and Psychology (dual honours), as well as a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship, combining academic insight with practical marketing experience.

Paddy

Paddy White supports The Marketing Associates through efficient administration, customer service, bookkeeping and day-to-day operational support. She has more than two decades of business experience and helps ensure the smooth transitions in the business.

Paddy has an administrative background in various sectors including marketing, legal, property and insurance and this helps to deliver high-quality services that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
