The Marketing Associates is the trading name of THE MARKETING ASSOCIATES (TMA) LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16102749). What information do we collect about you?
When you contact us, we collect the information you give us, including your name, business contact details, company, role and enquiry. We use it to respond, plan and deliver the services you request, and manage our relationship. Where we take steps you request before entering a contract with you, or fulfil that contract, the basis is contract. For business contacts and enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, our basis is our legitimate interest in responding and providing our services. Marketing consent is a separate choice; agreeing to a privacy notice does not mean agreeing to marketing.

How will we use the information about you?
The Marketing Associates collects information about you to provide you with marketing consultancy for your business, manage your account, email you about other products and services of interest to you or to ask for customer feedback.
The Marketing Associates uses a third-party system for sending emails called ‘Mailchimp’.  Mailchimp may process information outside the UK. Details of its processing and international transfer arrangements are available in Mailchimp’s Data Processing Addendum.
The Marketing Associates will not sell or share your information for marketing purposes with any third parties.

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads for optional visit and advertising measurement, Google Maps for the office map, and Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent form spam. Optional Google services are controlled through the cookie banner and relevant content prompts. These services can receive device, browser and connection information. Our website hosting and security providers help operate and protect the site; Google reviews are displayed through Trustindex. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us directly. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing.
