Who is The Marketing Associates?

What information do we collect about you?
The Marketing Associates collects information about you when you make your first enquiry via the website, email or engage in consultancy work (the lawful basis for this is ‘Contract’). Information is also collected when you voluntarily complete the enquiry form, make contact or provide customer feedback (the lawful basis for this is ‘Consent’).  The collection of this information can be through the website, over the phone, in writing or face-to-face.

How will we use the information about you?
The Marketing Associates collects information about you to provide you with marketing consultancy for your business, manage your account, email you about other products and services of interest to you or to ask for customer feedback.
The Marketing Associates uses a third-party system for sending emails called ‘Mailchimp’.  This includes storage or processing of information outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), and have ensured that compliance with the appropriate frameworks for exchange of personal data (such as the EU-US Privacy Shield) is in place.
The Marketing Associates will not sell or share your information for marketing purposes with any third parties.

Marketing
The Marketing Associates would like to send you information about our products and services which may be of interest to you.  If you are a customer, we will use the lawful basis of ‘Legitimate Interests’ to keep in contact with you, or as a prospect if you have consented to marketing communications.  You may opt out at a later date. Access to your information, correction and deletion
You have the right to request a copy of the information that The Marketing Associates holds about you. The Marketing Associates will only use and store your information for as long as it is required for the purposes it was collected for.
